Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return by contacting support@ecorush.eu. Any return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be approved.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the  customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., wrong or damaged item received), ECORUSH will cover the return shipping costs.

Quality Issues

  • Within 14 days:You are eligible for a full refund with no return shipping or handling fees, or a replacement bike at no extra charge.
  • Between 14-30 days:Return shipping costs may vary. Please contact customer service for details. You are also eligible for free replacement of any defective or missing parts within 30 days.
  • Beyond 30 days: Warranty services will be provided as outlined in our warranty policy. No return or refund service is available anymore.
  • If the product arrives damaged, ECORUSH will take full responsibility and provide free repair, replacement or refund. ECORUSH will also bear the shipping cost of returning the faulty product.
  • Evidence of damage to the goods must be provided.

Non-Quality Issues

  • New and Unused Bikes:The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a €200 fee per bike will be deducted from the refund.
  • Used Bikes:The buyer is responsible for return shipping. A €200 delivery fee per bike will be deducted from the refund, along with a approximately 20% depreciation fee based on bicycle usage.
  • If you purchased accessories, the original 7€ shipping cost is not refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning the product, email support@ecorush.eu to submit your return request.
  2. Approval Required: If you return the product without prior approval, ECORUSH is not responsible for the return shipping fee.
  3. Provide Proof: If returning due to damage or defects, please send photos/videos via email. 
  4. Return Packaging Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
  5. Processing Time:Once we receive your return/exchange, it will be inspected within 10-15 days. After that, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after you receive the refund notification email.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or individuals.
  • Items damaged due to human error.
  • Gift cards.
  • Insurance
  • Non-physical products.

Scope of Policy

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from the ECORUSH official website (ecorush.eu). Items purchased through other channels (e.g., Amazon, offline dealers) are subject to their respective return and warranty policies.
