Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to ECORUSH electric bikes purchased from our official website, ecorush.eu. Bikes purchased from other websites or retailers should seek after-sales service from the original seller.
All ECORUSH bike owners are entitled to lifetime troubleshooting support through the ECORUSH customer service team.
Please note that we do not ship to island regions such as Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. Warranty replacement parts are only shipped within mainland EU.
Warranty Period
- Bikes:2-year warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts.
- Batteries:6-month warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the bike.
Wear and Tear Parts
“Wear and tear” refers to the natural, unavoidable damage caused by regular use. Such items are not covered under this warranty. Below is a non-exhaustive list of parts typically subject to wear and tear, which are not covered:
- Bearings
- Brake pads
- Chains
- Freewheel hubs
- Handlebar grips
- Rubber moving parts
- Shifters, brake cables, and housings
- Spokes
- Sprockets
- Threaded fasteners/bolts
- Tools
- Drive gears
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Accidents, negligence, improper repairs, poor maintenance, or abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
- Corrosion.
- Improper alterations or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally designed for or compatible with ECORUSH products.
- Failure to maintain or service the bike as per the written instructions included with the product.
- Shipping Damage: Any damage incurred during transit is not covered by this warranty.
- Theft: Unfortunately, bike theft is not covered under warranty. We recommend recording the frame and serial number of your bike upon receipt, and considering insurance for added protection.
Warranty Process
To file a warranty claim, contact the ECORUSH customer service team at support@ecorush.eu.
In your email, include the following:
- Photos or videos of the damaged product to assist in evaluating your claim.
- Order number, which should start with ECOEU. Please ensure the order number is clearly mentioned in the email subject line to help expedite the process.
