Order Processing Time
The time between when an order is placed and when it’s handed over to the shipping service.
Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation/payment, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Please note that orders placed over the weekend may experience delays.Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (which varies depending on your location).
Please Note:
- We currently only ship within the countries listed on our website. Due to courier restrictions, we do not ship to islands such as Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, etc.
- This shipping information applies to electric bikes and scooters, which are shipped from our local EU warehouse.
- Some bike/scooter accessories may be shipped from China due to stock availability. This will be clearly noted on the relevant product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your order. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays or sales events.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and we will provide multiple tracking numbers for your convenience.
Note that tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update after shipping. If you're unable to track your package, please contact us, and we'll resolve the issue within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
In rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipping, if you do not receive your order within 7 business days after shipment, please get in touch with us so we can check with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Changes
- Address Changes/Cancellations (Before Shipment):No fees will be charged if you request an address change or cancellation before a tracking number is provided.
- Shipped Orders:We are unable to change, intercept, or cancel orders once they have been shipped.
- Address Changes (After Shipment):A fee of €50 will be charged for any address changes after the order has been shipped.
- Order Cancellations (After Shipment):A fee of €200 will be applied if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
- Refused Shipments:If you refuse to accept delivery of an order you requested to be shipped, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €200 per electric bike to cover part of the shipping costs.
